What does the Myrror app do?
Our app is a visual progress tracker that can be used to monitor the impact of beauty and aesthetic treatments, skin care products, haircare, dentistry, fitness and more. Compare photos, add notes, store inspiration and communicate with your trusted professionals in one secure place. Read more about the app features here
Why is it important to track your treatments?
Change doesn’t happen overnight! Monitoring and measuring your progress over time can help you see even the smallest of differences and give you clear evidence of whether your chosen treatments are really working.
Is the Myrror app safe and secure?
Myrror has been designed with your security and privacy in mind. You’ll set up a username and password to access the app, and you can secure your updates behind your personal pin code or use FaceID for extra security.
Where are my photos stored?
Your photos are stored within our secure cloud. We only store information that we have your explicit permission to keep, as detailed in our terms and conditions.
How do I share photos with my service provider?
It’s all on your terms. You can select the photos that you’d like to share with your chosen provider in the app via the share link. Simply add your provider’s email address and use the share link to send your selected photos and notes.
Is it safe and secure to share my photos?
Your photos are only shared with the people that you specify, so you can keep your entries limited to your trusted circle! Each time you share your photos, you’ll have to confirm that you’re happy to share the content with your chosen provider. They will then receive a secure link that prompts them to log into a password-protected account in order to access your photos.
What information can I share?
Myrror lets you share your dated photos alongside any notes or comments you wish to add.
What can my provider do with the information I share?
Any information shared with your chosen providers is view-only – they can’t edit or save photos – to ensure the security of your photos.
Can I have multiple providers stored within the app?
Yes! We know that you’ll have a range of trusted providers covering everything from hair and nails to aesthetics and dentistry. You can add all of your providers to your profile for effortless sharing.
What treatments can I use this for?
It’s completely up to you! Your beauty, aesthetics and wellness journey is personal, so we’ve set up Myrror with personalisation in mind. We’ve added some of the main categories like hair, face, body and dentistry to get you started, as well as sub-categories within each section. There’s also an option to set up custom categories if you can’t find what you’re looking for so that you can personalise your Myrror experience to best suit your needs.
Can I customise this to add my own treatments?
Yes, you will see a ‘Custom’ option where you can set up anything that is personal to you that isn’t covered under the main categories. There is also the option to customise at the sub category level so you can personalise it all directly to you.
Can I import existing photos from my phone into my timeline?
You can’t attach them to your time line, however they can be secured easily in your Look Locker for your reference.
Can I import existing photos from my phone, or images from other social platforms, into my Look Locker?
Yes! It’s easy to add photos to your Look Locker – simply find the image and hit the “share” button. Myrror will come up as an option, giving you the opportunity to add a comment and a category before saving.

How do I cancel my subscription?
If you’d like to cancel your subscription, you can do so within your iTunes or Play Store account. Deleting the app will not cancel your subscription, so you will have to cancel via your app marketplace account in order to stop future payments.
What happens to my information if I cancel and then rejoin at a later date?
When you cancel your subscription, we will remove all of your information from the app. If you choose to rejoin, you won’t be able to access any previously stored data. Legally, we can only hold your information when we have your active consent, which is only the case when you have an active ongoing subscription.
What if I forget my password or want to change it?
It happens to the best of us! Simply click the link on the sign-in screen and you will receive a secure link to reset your password via email.
